Join us for Back-to-School Night, an opportunity for parents to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and learn more about the year ahead. Afterward, gather in the Family Courtyard for a parent social—a fun and relaxed way to reconnect with friends and welcome new families to our Carden community. Please note: Students will be dismissed at 12:00 PM on this day.
It’s Picture Day at Carden! Individual student and class photos will be taken throughout the school day. Students in Kindergarten–6th Grade should come to school dressed in their Assembly Uniforms and ready to smile!
After dressing their best for Picture Day, it’s time for something a little more relaxed! Preschool & TK students are invited to wear their favorite pajamas to school, while Kindergarten–6th Grade students may enjoy a Free Dress Day. A fun and comfy way to end the week!
Join us for a special Parent Coffee Talk designed for families preparing for the exciting transition to Kindergarten. Parents will learn what Kindergarten readiness really looks like, hear from our teachers and school leadership, and get a preview of the Kindergarten classroom experience at Carden. This event is open to our current Preschool & TK families as well as families from throughout the greater community who are interested in learning more about Carden.
Our 6th Graders are opening their Farmers Market! Students will bring a variety of snacks and treats to sell to their fellow Cavaliers during morning recess. All students are encouraged to bring $1-$5 to purchase a snack and enjoy a special recess treat!
