At Carden Conejo, music is more than a class—it’s a joyful, essential part of the school experience. Through singing, rhythm, movement, and performance, students develop musical skills while growing in confidence, collaboration, and self-expression. From their first melody in Kindergarten to ensemble performances in the upper grades, children experience music as a celebration of learning and community.
Creative Arts Classes

At Carden Conejo, Creative Arts is more than a class—it’s a joyful space where children explore their creativity, express their feelings, and learn to appreciate the beauty of the world around them. Students develop artistic skills and confidence as they work with various materials and study masterworks from history. Each project encourages personal expression, attention to detail, and the simple delight of making something by hand.
Performing Arts Club
Our Performing Arts Club is open to all students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade and meets every Wednesday after school. We produce two major performances each year: a holiday show in the winter and a spring production. These shows are student-centered, inclusive, and all about creativity, collaboration, and fun! Through performing arts, students learn how to express themselves confidently, work as a team, and communicate with purpose and poise. They develop stage presence, voice projection, and the ability to listen, take direction, and support others. The experience builds self-esteem, nurtures empathy, and helps students discover their own unique talents—all while creating joyful memories that last a lifetime.
